Frankie strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that involves:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming or attempts to exploit minors
• Sexualization of minors in any form
• Solicitation involving minors
• Any behavior that threatens the safety or wellbeing of a child

Any user found engaging in this conduct will be subject to immediate action, which may include:

• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement or child protection authorities, where required by law

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you see content or behavior on Frankie that may violate these standards, please report it immediately.

Users can report concerns through the app using available reporting tools or by contacting us directly.

How Frankie Responds

When Frankie receives a report involving potential child safety concerns, we may:

• Review the reported account, content, or interaction
• Remove violating content
• Restrict or disable accounts involved

• Report confirmed CSAM or other illegal activity to the appropriate authorities, including child protection or law enforcement agencies, as required by applicable law

We take these reports seriously and act as quickly as possible.

Platform Rules

All Frankie users must follow our platform rules and community standards. This includes:

• No illegal content
• No exploitation or abuse
• No harassment involving minors
• No attempts to use Frankie to create, share, request, promote, or distribute CSAM or exploitative content

Frankie is intended only for lawful, appropriate use in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.
